Combine this with our environment of natural clean air and fresh spring waters it is no wonder that Wales has been awarded Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status by the EC.
Our traditional farming methods have been handed down from generation to generation and local farmers pride themselves knowing they are producing world leading premium lamb and beef quality products.
